CR 617 Section. This tract is Section 60 with CR 617 on the north and CR 513 on the east. There is a 1989 Valley ½ mile center-pivot sprinkler system nozzled for 1500 gpm. Water is supplied by 12 wells with submersible electric pumps and motors connected by high-pressure underground line. Price: $3400 per acre.

The wells on this farm are approximately 400 foot deep except those on the south which are approximately 30 feet shallower. The wells, pumps, underground line and pivots are all in good condition. The soils are mostly clay loam are very productive. It is located in close proximity to a number of feedlots and dairies which provide both a market for grain and forage crops and a source of manure for fertilizer.
