3 A new domestic well approximately 400 feet deep is equipped with a solar powered, submersible electric motor and pump and is connected to a 10,000 gallon tank which is piped to two drinkers located strategically on the ranch to provide drinking water for livestock and wildlife.



4 A new domestic well approximately 600 feet deep is equipped with a solar powered, submersible electric motor and pump and is connected to the two 10,000 gallon storage tanks noted in #2 above which furnishes water to the two drinkers in #2 above.

5 One large earthen dam (dirt tank in Texas) which holds water for several months once filled with water by ample rain fall and several other smaller earthen dams.

6 A new state-of-the-art set of pipe corals with three pens and crowding alleys to a new, manual working chute and to a load out area with no permanent loading chute. Grama is the predominate grass on the ranch combined with rolling hills providing winter protection for livestock from snow and wind in the winter months.
