Magado Creek Fork Ranch, consisting of approximately 250 acres, is located just north of Angus, NM and south of Capitan, NM and lies between the Capitan Mountains and the Sacramento Mountains in the shadow of Sierra Blanca. Precipitation and snowfall would vary on the ranch with the elevation. Average maximum and minimum temperatures are 49.4°F and 23.2°F for January with 84.3°F and 53.4°F for July.
