This two section farm is located approximately 8 miles south and 4 miles west from Dimmitt, Texas in some of the strongest irrigation water in Castro County. The soil type of the property is approximately 87% Olton clay loam with the other soils being other clay loam and loam soils and a small amount of Randall and Posey. The property is equipped with two 1/2 mile center pivot sprinklers and six irrigation wells, three on each section.

Section 29 is the north section and is equipped with a 2018 model Valley half-mile center pivot sprinkler which is nozzled at 1,800 GPM with long drops spaced on 60"centers and tall (11.2 x 38) tires. A booster pump with anatural gas powered engine is located at the pivot point and provides water pressure to the sprinkler. Three wells supply the irrigation system.The northeast well has a turbine pump powered by an electric Vertical Hollow-Shaft motor which is owned by the tenant. The other two wells have turbine pumps powered by natural gas engines which are also owed by the tenant. Well depths on this section range from 402 feet to 417 feet.

Section 30 is the south section and has a 1992 model Valley half-mile center pivot sprinkler which is nozzled at 1,800 GPM with long drops spaced on 80" centers and tall (11.2 x 38) tires. A booster pump with a natural gas powered engine is located at the pivot point and provides water pressure to the sprinkler. Third party information indicates that well depths on this section range from 410 feet to 419 feet. All the wells have turbine pumps and are powered by natural gas engines. There is a domestic well located on the north side of the section which can provide cattle water. The tenant owns the engines and one of the gearheads.
