This two section farm is located approximately 8 miles south and 4 miles west from Dimmitt, Texas in some of the strongest irrigation water in Castro County. Section 30 is the south section and has a 1992 model Valley half-mile center pivot sprinkler which is nozzled at 1,800 GPM with long drops spaced on 80" centers and tall (11.2 x 38) tires. A booster pump with a natural gas powered engine is located at the pivot point and provides water pressure to the sprinkler. Third party information indicates that well depths on this section range from 410 feet to 419 feet. All the wells have turbine pumps and are powered by natural gas engines. There is a domestic well located on the north side of the section which can provide cattle water. The tenant owns the engines and one of the gearheads.
