This 2,240 acre ranch is located in the southeast portion of Harding County, New Mexico approximately 3 miles northwest of NM Highway 102 on Gap Road and approximately one mile west of Gap Road to the ranch.
Clayton, New Mexico is approximately 60 miles north / northeast of the ranch and is located approximately 20 miles east of Mosquero, New Mexico.
Ventanas Creek and several small tributaries which run through the property in a southerly direction toward Ute Creek provide protection for livestock and wildlife.
