Water for the headquarters is provided from the Borden County Community Water System.

The ranch has excellent perimeter and cross fencing with stock water furnished by the many earthen dams (dirt tanks) and by Bull Creek (wet weather creek) which runs through and along the west side of the ranch. There are 373.6 acres of cropland of which 58.8 acres are currently sown to improved grasses with the other acres normally used for winter wheat.

The adjoining 779-acre Deer, Quail & other Wildlife Ranch will add additional acreage to this ranch if a larger unit is desirable.
