There is a new solar powered pump and a windmill in need of some repairs. Soils are a majority Pullman and Lofton clay, loams with the balance being Estacado.
Tract 2 [IN CONTRACT] 629.9 Acres All of Section 167 less 16.14 acres out of the Northeast corner. 392.11 acres of CRP, 139.67 acres of native grass and 99.14 acres of cultivated land. 342.86 acres of CRP contracts are through 2031 paying $32.02 per acre annually and one contract of 49.25 acres expiring this year. The property has one well equipped with a submersible pump attached to utility power. Soils are mostly Pullman and Acuff loams with a minor amount of Estacado and other soils.
Tract 3 [SOLD] 661.0 Acres All of Section 248. 80.89 acres of improved grass, 95.39 acres of native grass, 303.84 acres of CRP expiring in 2031 and paying $31.48/ac, 41.99 acres of CRP expiring in 2025 and paying $47.02.ac and 135 cultivated acres. Pullman clay, loam soils are the dominant soil with a small percentage of Estacado and a small acreage of Randall in the Southeast corner of the property.
Tract 4 [SOLD] 330.4 Acres The N2 of Section 274 CRP contract consisting of 328.93 acres expires in 2025 and pays $40.94 per acre. The property has well with submersible pump located in the northeast corner of the property and has utility power. This half-section is almost entirely Pullman clay, loam soils with 9 acres of Randall clay in a small shallow playa.
